Old Business

Winter Trap Help:  Kirk Krause reported that all three girls, Catie, Tylor and Sarah plan to come back and work the winter season.

Summer Junior Program:  A brief discussion took place regarding our Summer Junior Shooting program.  Any concerns or suggested changes will be brought up at the next meeting when Rick Washkuhn, Junior Representative, is present.

Computerized Scoring:  Cindy, Pat and Pam still plan to check out the computerized scoring program in Ashland before the winter season begins.

Digging of Ground Trench:  Jocko Fairchild expressed his concern that the billing for the digging of the trench in preparation for the reclamation project came in too low.  The club expresses its gratitude in Tom Johnstad’s willingness to provide his services to the club and Wayne noted that Tom would be willing to come back later in the summer and work the grounds again.  A motion was made by Doug Vana and seconded by Kirk Krause to pay Tom Johnstad $300.00 for the ground trenching.  Motion carried.

Garage Door:  Doug Vana, Dennis Doherty and Reg Southerton met and hung the new garage door and Doug Vana noted that a time and date needs to be set to clean up the grounds.  Doug also reported that it would be in the best interest of the club to install a service door on the garage, specifically due to the fact that should something happen to the garage door, there would be no access into the garage.

New Business

Publishing of Captain’s Telephone Numbers:  Jocko Fairchild requested that he have an up-to-date listing of all captain’s telephone numbers so that in the event the shooting event is called off due to weather, etc., he is able to notify the team captain so that his team members are aware of the cancellation.

Myrt Wester Raffle Winners  Kirk Krause asked if the winners had been determined for the individuals who sold the most Myrt Wester raffle tickets.  Pat Martineau reported that she had not reviewed the listing and would have the checks cut by the next meeting.

Budget Committee:  Cindy Gronski noted that the Budget Committee should meet before the next meeting.  She noted that she would contact Ed Abrahamzon and ask if we could meet at his home and she would contact members of the committee of the time and date.  Committee Members:  Jocko Fairchild, Cindy Gronski, Pat Martineau, Ed Abrahamzon and Larry Brooke.
