Call to Order
Jocko Fairchild, President, called the meeting to order at 6:45 PM.
Approval of February 9, 2010 Minutes
A motion was made by Doug Vana and seconded by Ed Abrahamzon to approve the minutes of the February 9, 2010 meeting. Motion carried.
Treasurer's Report
The Treasurer's report was presented &: filed as follows:
Checking & Savings: $12,611.84 -- Junior Shooters: $416.86 --
Total Cash on Hand: $$13,028.70
Old Business
Junior League Program: Rick Washkuhn reported that he has sent out announcements to several different programs such as Douglas County 4-H, Bayfield County 4-H, Middle High School and Senior High School, Superior.
Douglas County Fish & Game Weekend: The DVD has been changed and Ed Abrahamzon has asked his person to work with the presentation to convert it to a DVD to be used at the Fish and Game weekend.
Trap Club Camera Purchase: A discussion took place regarding the purchase of a camera so that photos can be taken of the events at the trap club. It was also discussed that a memory card be purchased as well. A motion was made by Ed Abrahamzon and seconded by Doug Vana to spend up to $100.00 on the purchase of a camera. Motion carried. Jocko reported that he would speak to Sam Jacobson about purchasing the camera and memory card at Best Buy.
Winter BBQ: Pat Martineau reported that the steaks are available and will order them after the last round of shooting. Doug and Pat will pick up the groceries.
Targets: Ed Abrahamzon will order the targets for the summer shooting season. The old targets will be removed from the garage to make room for the shipment. Jerry Bolin will purchase the remainder of the old inventory.
Fund Raiser: The Tom Knapp fund raiser that was discussed at last month’s meeting is a long range goal; not scheduled for this year. Doug is looking further into this type of event.
School Bleachers: Doug Vana talked with Jeff Soderlund regarding the bleachers but he has not gotten back to him yet.
New Business
New Gun Rack: Rick Washkuhn made and donated a gun rack which is located in the Pavilion.
Patterning Board: A discussion took place regarding a patterning board. Cost would be about $90.00.
Punch Cards: Jerry Bolin brought up the possible idea of having a punch card for shooting rather than paying each week. A brief discussion took place regarding the pros and cons. At this time, it was unanimously agreed that the club would not have shooting punch cards.
Winter BBQ/Steak Fry: Pat Martineau reported that she has asked her son-in-law to check into the steaks and it was decided unanimously that the cost of the BBQ Banquet meal will be $15.00 per person.
Lead Reclamation: Jocko Fairchild will talk with Kirk Krause to find out where we are at with the reclamation project.

A motion was made by Doug Vana and seconded by Jerry Bolin to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 7:30 PM.
