Present: Pat Martineau, Jocko Fairchild, Doug Vana, Cindy Gronski, Wayne Johnstad, Ed Abrahamzon Absent: Jerry Bolin; Others in Attendance: Rick Washkuhn, Kirk Krause, Travis Krause, Larry Brooke, Carl Vana

Call to Order

Jocko Fairchild, President, called the meeting to order at 6:40 PM.

Approval of June 8, 2010 Minutes

A motion was made by Doug Vana and seconded by Larry Brooke to approve the minutes of the June 8, 2010 meeting. Motion carried.

Treasurer's Report

The Treasurer's report was presented &: filed as follows:

Checking & Savings: $14,159.92  -- Junior Shooters: $1,437.86  --  

Total Cash on Hand: $15,597.78

Old Business

Lead Reclamation:  At this time there was nothing further to report.  Kirk will be getting in touch with the person that will be doing the lead reclamation and he will keep the board informed.

 

Gun Dealers:  Rick Washkuhn reported that on July 31st there will be a range day hosted by Coylan Sporting Clays in Siren, Wisconsin.  There will be shooting, food and the availability to try out different guns.

 

New Business

 

Myrt Wester Shoot:  The grounds need to be prepared for the shoot.  There are a variety of things to do such as paint the gate, take care of the field markers, clean up the club house, trap houses and paint yardage markers.  Jocko will contact Young Septic.

A motion was made by Doug Vana and seconded by Kirk Krause to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 7:35 PM.
