Call to Order
Jocko Fairchild, President, called the meeting to order at 6:45 PM.
Approval of December 8, 2009 Minutes
A motion was made by Ed Abrahamzon and seconded by Jerry Bolin to approve the minutes of the December 8, 2009 meeting. Motion carried.
Treasurer's Report
The Treasurer's report was presented &: filed as follows:
Checking & Savings: $12,055.18 -- Junior Shooters: $1,471.86 --
Total Cash on Hand: $13,527.01
Old Business
Maintenance of the Grounds: A special thank you to all who assisted in grounds cleanup in preparation for the Winter Shooting season.
Furnace Maintenance: Doug Vana reported that Carl Vana worked about two and half hours on the furnace finding lots of dust and dirt. Furnace appears to be in good working condition.
New Business
Extra Team Members: It was reported that there were six individuals that were not associated with teams, three for singles and three for doubles. It was decided unanimously to increase the teams to a maximum of 8 members. Numbers were drawn for the individuals to place them on teams.
Junior League Shooting Rates: A brief discussion took place concerning shooting rates for the junior league. A motion was made by Kirk Krause and seconded by Rick Washkuhn that those juniors shooting on the Junior League would be charged $4.00 ($2.00 shooting/$2.00 shells); those juniors shooting on the regular league for their first years would be charged $4.75 ($2.75 shooting/$2.00 shells.)
Doubles Marathon: A discussion took place about planning this year’s summer Doubles Marathon. There were suggestions of shooting 6 rounds of 30 or 4 rounds of 50 with the 1st 90 birds establishing the class. Prize purse of $75.00 for 1st place and $50.00 for 2nd Place was a suggestion. Cost of the event needs to be established as well. Discussion was tabled and a committee made up of Kirk Krause, Travis Krause and Rick Washkuhn. They will meet and report back to the board for final approval.
Myrt Wester Shoot: The shoot will be held on July 18, 2010. Event will begin this year at 11:00 AM,

A motion was made by Jerry Bolin and seconded by Dean Verlennich to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 8:05 PM.
