Call to Order
Jocko Fairchild, President, called the meeting to order at 6:45 PM.
Approval of January 12, 2010 Minutes
A motion was made by Ed Abrahamzon and seconded by Jerry Bolin to approve the minutes of the January 12, 2010 meeting. Motion carried.
Treasurer's Report
The Treasurer's report was presented &: filed as follows:
Checking & Savings: $12,094.55 -- Junior Shooters: $1,471.86 --
Total Cash on Hand: $13,566.41
Old Business
Doubles Marathon: Rick Washkuhn reported that there was no meeting held to discuss the Marathon. The meeting will be rescheduled for a later date.
Junior League Program: Rick Washkuhn reported that he bought 20 cases of 12 and 20 gauge shotgun shells for the youth program. He also spoke with Doug Vana, Don Krisak and Kirk Krause to help with the Junior League program this summer. Rick suggested that the club host a BBQ for Junior Shooters on a Saturday and do presentation of trophies at that event. He also noted that the Juniors would be invited to practice shooting on Monday nights. Rick has scheduled trap shooting lessons for Junior Shooters on Saturdays on April 10th, 17th and the 24th. Lessons will begin at 1:00 PM. He plans to get the information out through school newsletters, 4-H newsletters and other organizations.
Douglas County Fish & Game Weekend: Doug Vana reported that we once again have booth #25 which is in the same booth area as last year. Kirk Krause is getting the tickets printed and the prize this year will be a Model 500 Tactical Turkey Gun (camouflage). Jocko Fairchild requested that we once again have a sign-up list for willing volunteers to help out on that weekend. He suggested that the shifts be broken down into 3 to 4 hours shifts. Jocko Fairchild also suggested that a committee gather together to discuss the changes that need to be made to the Trapshooting DVR. The meeting will take place at the club house next Tuesday at 7:00 PM.
New Business
Trap Club Camera: Once again it was suggested that the club purchase their own digital camera. Rick Washkuhn suggested that we ask someone if they would be interested in being the club photographer.
Winter BBQ/Steak Fry: Pat Martineau reported that she has asked her son-in-law to check into the steaks from Upper Lakes Foods. It was decided unanimously that the cost of the BBQ Banquet meal will be $15.00 per person.
Targets: It was decided unanimously that the targets be order in late February so that they will arrive toward the end of March. Ed Abrahamzon will order the targets.
Fundraising Suggestions: A brief discussion took place regarding ways in which to raise money for the trap club. Doug Vana suggested that we look into having a Tom Knapp presentation with a BBQ cookout included.
School Bleachers: Doug Vana reported that Superior Senior High School is trying to get rid of their bleachers. He will look into this and report back at the next meeting.

A motion was made by Doug Vana and seconded by Jerry Bolin to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 7:30 PM.
